Create a new userbar
in new layer type some text. Then make shiny arc, stroke. We have this:



create a new layer above the text layer. Like this



Then grab the gradient tool



and make something like this in our new layer



Hit Ctrl+G and we have something like this



Go to Image Ready



We have this



Move our layer to the left with the arrow keys(hit ctrl+arrow key)
Then hit duplicates current frame



Now move our layer to the right. Then hit tween




Grab our first frame and drag it to the end. then tween again.
Now we have 62 frames. Set delay 0,1
Save as a gif.

but why dont u select "tween with first frame" instead of dragging ur first frame to the end?
