I will make it but I have to say that I can only use 3-4,5 seconds because else the file would be big.. is that ok?
I will use 17-20 (the goal) it is easy to make this than a Color change

Each frame is 0.1 second except for the Logo change (0.03 per frame x 5)
The last frame stays on for 3.5 seconds

(There are some bugs, however they are so small I don't want to change them right now: logo behind lines,forgot a slight transparant gradient to darken the edges)

Do you mean it changes to the text USERBARS.be when you use it somewhere else?
It because Imagehackus does not use animated gifs. But img.userbars.be does, only they allow it only at userbars.be You will have to SAVE IMAGE as and upload it to Tinypic or photobucket

I have a problem, my computer is so bad and when I save the userbar in my PC it saves that like and image

Are you opening it with Microsoft Office Picture manager? Because then, the image won't move
try the basic Windows Picture and fax viewer?
