i have no dc, but i think only wii, ps and xbox userbars are boring

Mine isn't animated. Sorry. But it is my first userbar, and I created it with GIMP.



I haven't seen many 3DS userbars out there, so I thought I would make one, and get more downloads than the only other 3DS userbar. Not that I really care, anyway...
