Good effort on you first userbar! The theory is there but you need to work on the text and add a border.

If your using photoshop, download the userbar template from the resources page and use the elements from that you perfect your text.

If you are using GIMP/another program, the font you need to use is Visitor TT1 BRK and it needs to be at 10pt for it to be clear.

I'm using now CS3, also I have gimp, but thanks for that resources.
I'm using TT1 BRK now, but it fails somehow, because the font size that I used in my ES userbar, was size4..
so I'll get that userbar template and try to make a new one
I'm now at school, so lets see in the afternoon what I can do
