My new userbar in Paint.NET

 My new userbar in Paint.NETMy first made for userbar in Paint.NET, yes, I did used to make the userbars in my photoshop but some have and some not but anyway. Here I go!
I can't get stroke outline for my font. Ugh It is okay userbar but my first time. Plus, I can't get pictures from my folders to my Paint.NET. WTF Anyway. What do you think? I rate my userbar for 3 stars out of 5. Lol Oh, I thank to Drury for reply with the link that did help me with my Paint.NET  Thanks again!
Again, yes, it is plain userbar. Nothing's special. Lol _________________

You forgot to add border... And use lower opacity setting for scanlines next time. Text is too big (I told you to set it to 10) and unreadable (don't be lazy and download those plug-ins - they're more important than you think). Also, you could use gradient.

That's why Photoshop owns and other programs completely fail...

But if you have empty pockets, Paint.NET is the best way. But it still isn't as good as Photoshop  |

HEY
I just want to say that with paint.net you are able to make wonderful userbars.. most of my userbars are made with paint.net! But of course PS is the better software for doing this!
