Ever seen this mirrored fading text effect, and wanted to know how to do it? Well, Today is your lucky day! Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to do this

First of all thanks gushe for this tut, it's simply and easy.
Then i tried to make one userbar just to see how it looks: i put white font on black background... that's it:
Maybe it's better on light backgrounds :\ lol |

this is a very good tutorial!
i think it would be better for the light tutorial if you used a bar without mirror effect _________________

Fading is better when you right click on the duplicated layer -> blending options -> gradient and then move your mouse over the layer to make a gradient...

u can do the last step whit rasterizing the file and using the eraser tool with fading...
or select a part and blur it whit mask, so u can delete it and it appears fade ok... i don't think i've wrote that without errors |
