hani95 wrote: But how can i have just the part i want in the UB? go to Window/Animation in Animation (Timeline) you "trimm" manually the video using the bars that shows up on the right of each layer in this animation window... there's 2 type of bar on each layer.. 1 green (play) and 1 lighter green (don't play).. by default, all bars are green.. playing the video and showing the layers.. you'll need to play the video only at the part you want.. so you cut the edges of the big green bar slicing the edges to the center (not the whole green bar) the green part of it is the part that will play on the animation.. after doing this.. there's one other thing that you need to do.. the non-layer bar by the time of the animation (with blue edges) must be centered to your video layer (then the animation will play just when the video plays.. not playing 10 hours for a 1 sec animation) _________________

use the crop tool (right down the magic wand tool) with 350 width - 19 heigh (UB Size)
select the area that you want in your userbar then apply... you don't need any more help from here... you know how to do an UB right? _________________

Yes, but when i copy it then paste in the UB template layer, it comes like a normal photo, not a video...

make the inverse... move the UB Template to the Vid UB..
grab the layers from your template and put it above the video layer _________________

i'm making an photo tutorial with no quicktime...
but there's something you gonna need.... lots of CPU and RAM (Dual Core 2.0 Ghz and 2 Gb Ram minimum) i'll post it here when it's done... EDIT: i've made it... but not edited it (10 low quality full 1680x1050 images - 150kb each) Image 01: downloading the video (Download Helper firefox extension)
Image 02: converting the video (Download Helper firefox extension)
Image 03: opening the video in Photoshop
Image 04: selecting the parts of the video that i want in the VidUB
Image 05: rearranging the times to create a 1-part video
Image 06: cropping the video
Image 07: moving the UB layers to the VidUB
Image 08: renaming and adding details to the VidUB
Image 09: Save for Web and Devices
Image 10: saving (remember that your userbar must be less then 195kb)
RESULT:
ps.: as you can see... i've a little problem with file size.. so i've created another one with smaller file size.. _________________

I don't get step 4. What do you have to do with the new layers? And how to do you make them, and how to fill them. Please help.
And how do you keep playing your movie. Like my ava stops about 9 seconds. |

Hey, I'm on Windows, When I save the clip with the selected settings It creates a Quicktime movie how do I change it to a GIF?
The video is in .mov format however photoshop won't recognize it. I'm using Photoshop 7. I'm a novice. _________________ ![]() |
