Hi i am new here and i wish to have a a Counter Strike userbar

Text:I want my name "beniamin" in the middle + the text "Pgl Illegal Player" attached I will leave to your discretion advice

Colors:You con see the colors in the images if you want make it look more abstract.
Animation:I want the signs of biohazards from the left and the right to move from top to bottom,like gif.
Other remarks:Add every thing you want to make it look much better in high definition if you can, i just want to have the best user bar ever,my friends will be jealous .

You know, you could make the images first and then request the userbar with those images, this images request should be in the Graphics Requests section, and when those images are ready, ask for an userbar.

Of course, you can make the userbar yourself with GIMP or PhotoShop, but if you don't know how to, check the tutorials or do one at http://designer.userbars.com/
